The property consists of 13 units of Camel Crush brand cigarettes, unstamped and 7 units of Camel Crush brand cigarettes, unstamped/Missouri stamped, 272 grams of cannabis flower and 320 units of other cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on August 21, 2024, at 2:10 p.m. from Yousef A. Shofar, DBA Deja Vu Smoke Shop, located at 1578 N. 1st St., Fresno, CA 93703.
