The property consists of 265 units of various cannabis or cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business and 42 grams of branded flower from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on February 20, 2024, at 9:45 a.m. from Alvin George Younan, DBA Fantasy Smokeshop, located at 2870 W. Rialto Ave., San Bernardino, CA 92376.
