The property consists of 2 cartons and 59 packs various non-MSA cigarettes; 7 packs unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, and non-MSA cigarettes; 26 packs unstamped and duty free cigarettes; 22 packs unstamped cigarettes; 12 packs unstamped and Nevada state stamped cigarettes; 18 packs unstamped and Missouri state stamped cigarettes; 4 packs unstamped, Missouri state stamped, and non-MSA cigarettes; 954 units of untaxed tobacco products; 60 grams of cannabis flower; and 46 units of cannabis universal symbol violation at a unlicensed cannabis business.
