The property consists of 24 packs of various non-MSA cigarettes and 61 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, respectively, on January 9, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. from Fadi Maidaa, DBA L B Smoke Shop, located at 2025 E. Highland Ave., Ste. E, San Bernardino, CA, 92404.
