The property consists of eight grams of cannabis flower, Cutleaf brand, and 35 units of various brands, cannabis or cannabis products, from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on December 13, 2023, at 11:10 a.m. from Shaddad Saleem Sifyan, DBA Lucky Seven Smoke Shop, located at 1340 Fresno St., Ste. 102, Fresno, CA 93706.
