The property consists of 31 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; one carton of Golden Deer brand cigarettes, non-MSA; and 203 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and 30436, on May 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. from RB Heights Corporation, DBA Magma Vape & Smoke Shop, located at 7887 Lichen Dr., Citrus Heights, CA 95621.
