The property consists of 279 units various nicotine vape products (boxes & packs), and, 575 units various tobacco products (boxes & packs), untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code section 22974.3, on June 18, 2024, at 3:09 p.m. from Martinez Food Mart, Inc., DBA Martinez Food Mart, located at 3767 Alhambra Ave., Martinez, CA 94553.
