The property consists of 348 units commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 11 units THC vape, various brands, 15 units THC edibles, various brands, 39 units other cannabis products, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; and 59 units nicotine vape, various brands, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on February 21, 2024, at 11:21 a.m., from Maen Hossam Alkfof, DBA Puff Puff Pass, located at 3020 Santa Rosa Ave., Ste. K, Santa Rosa, CA 95407.
