The property consists of nine packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped; 227 grams of cannabis flower, various brands, 46 units of cannabis or cannabis products, various brands, from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 22, 2024, at 8:55 p.m. from Osama A. Saif, DBA Real Smoke Shop, located at 2410 E. Ashlan Ave., Fresno, CA 93726.
