The property consists of 290 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 33 units of various THC products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 320 units of nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 7, 2024, at 12:41 p.m. from VIP Gift Shop & More 510, LLC, DBA VIP Gift Shop & More 510 LLC, at 374 40th St., Oakland, CA 94609.
