The property consists of 27 units of THC cannabis vape, unlicensed cannabis business, 9 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped and 184 units Nicotine vape, various brands, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on April 19, 2024, at 1:47 p.m. from Shuaib Alfareh, DBA Valley Smoke, located at 4548 1st St., Fresno, CA 93726.
