The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) amended Regulations 35015, 35039, 35055, 35057, and 35058. The amendments change CDTFA's hand delivery address to 651 Bannon Street, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95814 in Regulations 35015, 35039, 35055, 35057, and 35058. The amendments replace “Timber Tax Section, MIC 60,” with “Appeals and Data Analysis Branch, MIC 33,” and update the email address and facsimile number provided in Regulation 35015. The amendments replace “Registration and Licensing Section, MIC 88,” with “Appeals and Data Analysis Branch, MIC 33,” and update the facsimile number provided in Regulation 35057. The amendments also replace “Investigations and Special Operations Bureau” with “Tax Investigations and Inspections Bureau” in Regulation 35058.
